What you will do
- Lead multi-department change across Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations in the homebuilding lifecycle
- Guide customers toward operating model reinvention beyond incremental adoption
- Serve as escalation owner for high-stakes issues
- Bring market intelligence and industry trends into customer engagements
- Influence product direction based on real-world implementation challenges
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, ideally in fast-paced SaaS
- Domain knowledge in Homebuilding
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms (Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight) and quick learning of new systems
- Strong ownership, proactive issue triage and resolution
- Comfortable using AI and deep analytics for measurable customer value
- Excellent partnership and communication skills with diverse stakeholders (CEOs, architects, engineers)
