What you will do

• Manage project roadmaps and mobilize teams against milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues or escalating to senior leadership.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project teams, client partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate all delivery aspects, including resourcing, project plans, scope control, and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams across Client Services, Strategy, Product, UX, UI, Tech, QA, and Data.
• Maintain project hygiene and documentation using JIRA, Notion, and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience delivering end-to-end digital solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) for fluent written and verbal communication.
• Based in Western Canada, U.S. West, or Latin America (PST/CST alignment).
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments with enterprise-level clients.
• Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Notion, or similar management tools.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM).
• Background in CPG, Commerce, or Loyalty industries.
