Salary: $90,000 + $30,000–$40,000 Commission + Equity

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions, including trial kickoffs, live demos, and tailored training for the Claims Intelligence Platform.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all key milestones are met for enterprise clients and high-value accounts.
• Coordinate the handoff from Sales to Customer Success, documenting critical customer information and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal/Medical Operations to ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product.
• Track user engagement and software utilization metrics via Vitally to identify and escalate potential issues.
• Engage with key decision-makers to establish success metrics and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS or legaltech, specifically in onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for onsite customer engagements and training.
• Proven track record of driving customer adoption and high trial-to-subscription conversion rates.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
