What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for Global 1000 customers onboarding the supply chain visibility platform.
  • Execute and tailor software implementations based on specific customer requirements and business goals.
  • Manage complex enterprise projects from initiation to deployment, coordinating internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder training, executive reviews, and regular progress meetings to ensure platform adoption.
  • Act as a liaison to the product team, providing real-time customer feedback to align the product roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and technical architects.
  • Strong analytical skills to optimize complex business processes in dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in SaaS implementation, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for key milestones (20-25% travel expectation).
