What you will do

  • Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and CX leadership to drive the functional operating plan.
  • Lead corporate reporting, headcount planning, and the management of financial systems.
  • Evolve and lead annual/quarterly forecasting processes, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and Accounting team on the monthly close process and actuals comparison.
  • Create strategic frameworks and perform complex financial analyses, including "what-if" and scenario modeling.
  • Manage cross-organizational projects and conduct cost/benefit analyses for growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of SaaS FP&A or Ops experience, preferably supporting GTM functions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct staff and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High proficiency in creating accurate financial models, budgets, and reports.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles, ROI, and financial leverage.
