What you will do

• Own underwriting, development, and profitability of International Casualty portfolio across new and renewal accounts
• Support evolution of underwriting strategy with insights on market trends, opportunities, and risks
• Drive profitable growth aligned with business plans while maintaining underwriting discipline
• Build and deepen broker and client relationships as key market representative
• Manage complex risks including pricing, structuring, and referral decisions
• Collaborate with actuarial, claims, and exposure teams to inform pricing and performance
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, lead peer reviews, and contribute to rating models and guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in underwriting role with strong technical expertise in International Casualty business
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio while maintaining underwriting discipline
• Strong broker relationships and market presence within the London Market
• Excellent analytical, pricing, and decision-making capabilities
• Commercial judgement, autonomy, and strategic thinking in changing markets
• Excellent communication and influencing skills internally and externally
