What you will do

• Deliver high-quality, personalised consultations across diagnostics, hair loss, and hormone health services.
• Manage the clinical workforce, ensuring consultations and treatment decisions meet the highest standards.
• Lead the induction and ongoing training of the clinical team and run regular learning sessions.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the patient and clinician journey in collaboration with the operations team.
• Provide clinical input to cross-functional squads (product, design, engineering) to co-design clinical pathways and protocols.
• Validate and shape new clinical ideas for future business areas, specifically metabolic and hormonal health.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent.
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise (active and in good standing).
• Substantive experience as a GP with demonstrable interest in Women's Health, hormone health, or menopause medicine.
• Experience in both NHS and private practice, including digital health or telemedicine.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or training other clinicians.
• Commitment to ongoing CPD and revalidation.

• Background in lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, or preventive care.
