What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Provide accurate responses using approved product information and scientific literature.
• Document and report adverse events and product complaints according to regulatory standards.
• Log all enquiries into internal systems in a clear and compliant manner.
• Perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Create high-quality custom medical responses based on approved resources.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine.
• Fluency (C1) in French and English, both written and oral.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
