Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — Three days a week in the London office

What you will do

• Drive platform differentiation and lead GTM messaging for AI Hub, Agent Gateway, and integrations.
• Translate complex AI concepts like agentic commerce, LLMs, and API orchestration into clear value propositions.
• Amplify joint value propositions with strategic partners including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape launch strategies for new platform capabilities and AI-powered features.
• Conduct deep research into customer, partner, and developer needs to inform product direction.
• Develop technical content, demos, and thought leadership to empower GTM teams and customers.

Requirements

• Background in Engineering or Product Management.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, MCP/ACP-style protocols, model routing, and API-driven orchestration.
• Ability to translate technical constraints (security, latency, compliance) into compelling, scalable stories.
• Experience in GTM leadership within high-growth, global organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office three days a week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience marketing AI platforms, developer tools, or LLM-based products.
• Familiarity with commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris or Shopify.
• Exposure to AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
