Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for key manufacturing verticals such as life sciences and aerospace & defense.
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches from early definition through post-launch adoption.
• Translate AI and composable operations capabilities into clear business value and compelling narratives.
• Build scalable sales enablement systems to improve win rates and shorten deal cycles.
• Define and track success metrics for adoption and pipeline impact to continuously refine GTM strategy.
• Develop high-impact thought leadership content, including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of product marketing experience with a track record of driving product adoption.
• Experience owning end-to-end GTM strategy and leading cross-functional launches.
• Strong analytical foundation in market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent working experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Somerville, MA (office 3+ days/week).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or other complex technical domains.
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace & defense.
