Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps, translating high-level epics into INVEST-compliant user stories.
• Design and specify requirements for autonomous, multi-step agent workflows, including planning behavior, tool selection, and state management.
• Implement lean innovation cycles (build-measure-learn) to validate user trust and achieve product-market fit for agentic capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to define agent interaction patterns, transparency, and integration with Microsoft 365/Copilot.
• Define and track agentic AI metrics such as task completion rates, decision accuracy, and intervention frequency.
• Coordinate with GTM leads to ensure engineering deliverables align with launch requirements and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Hybrid: 8 days/month in Coppell, TX or Riverwoods, IL).
• 5-7+ years of software product management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• 4+ years of practicing Agile/Scrum in a Product Owner or Lead PM capacity.
• 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML products, specifically shipping Generative AI or agentic features.
• Deep technical understanding of LLM-based planning, function calling, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps Boards and story mapping techniques.

Nice to have

• CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM certification.
• Azure AI-900 or AI-102 certification.
• Domain experience in tax preparation, accounting, or professional services software.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
