What you will do

  • Own the messaging and positioning for hirify.global Observability, creating narratives that resonate with both technical practitioners and executives.
  • Define and lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new launches and campaigns, tracking key success metrics.
  • Enable field teams by building training and content for sales, solutions engineering, and customer success.
  • Represent hirify.global as a speaker and expert at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Direct experience with Observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure use cases.
  • Proven track record of crafting engaging technical content through blogs, presentations, and videos.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for audiences of all sizes.
  • Experience collaborating within highly cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.

Nice to have

  • Professional background as an SRE, platform engineer, solutions engineer, or consultant.
