What you will do

• Own strategy, vision, and roadmap for API-as-a-product and agentic AI framework, engaging stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and customer teams.
• Define consistent framework for API definition and management across internal domain, cross-platform, and external APIs.
• Lead product thinking for agentic AI infrastructure including orchestration, LLM ops, cost monitoring, and metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and unblock AI components like intent classification and summarisation for MVP beta.
• Make data-informed prioritization decisions using AI estimation tools and track key outcomes with dashboards.
• Build stakeholder relationships and implement communication strategies for alignment.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience owning and delivering platform or infrastructure products end-to-end, ideally API management or developer tooling.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts (LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, LLM ops) for product decisions.
• Ability to make autonomous, data-informed decisions and communicate to technical/non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships including senior commercial partners.
• Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps tied to strategy and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, utility tech, SaaS, or platform-based products.
• Familiarity with API management tooling, experimentation platforms, and AI productivity tools.
