What you will do

• Collaborate directly with research leads to shape model releases and overall product direction.
• Own the open-source release process end-to-end, including licensing, documentation, and community health.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with inference providers, cloud partners, and developer platforms.
• Lead the GTM motion for specific product areas, overseeing positioning, launch, and developer adoption.
• Define and instrument success metrics to validate product hypotheses and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping model releases or developer-facing products within the AI or OSS domains.
• Deep understanding of OSS success metrics, including contribution health and downstream adoption.
• Ability to effectively represent the company in public forums and with senior external partners.
• Experience pivoting product decisions based on direct feedback from researchers and engineers.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York, London, or San Francisco
