What you will do

• Partner with sales and deployment strategists to architect and build transformative agentic applications for enterprise customers.
• Develop complex agentic systems using state-of-the-art models and sophisticated LLM workflows.
• Collaborate with research teams to fine-tune models and contribute to the internal codebase for inference and evaluation.
• Own end-to-end deployments across public cloud, VPC, and on-premises environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Scale the Forward Deployed Engineering organization by defining best practices, technical standards, and mentoring the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity delivering AI enterprise solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for shipping production-grade systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Deep understanding of AI stacks, including vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and fine-tuning.
• Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments and translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the United States.
