Location: Hybrid, New York City (ability to be in office is required)

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global templates, pipelines, and AI workflows to match complex scientific and medical processes.
• Drive the full implementation lifecycle from onboarding to iteration, ensuring accuracy and trust in AI-generated outputs.
• Lead weekly customer calls and serve as the primary technical point of contact for key customer accounts.
• Build rapid prototypes, translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and triage bugs with the engineering team.
• Own business-sense QA and accuracy validation for customer deployments, identifying risk and defining scalable processes.
• Own 3–5 enterprise accounts end-to-end, identifying patterns and becoming a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in forward deployed engineering, software engineering, solutions engineering, ML implementation, or data engineering.
• CS degree is required if non-software engineering role held in past.
• Strong Python experience; comfortable doing light frontend work in React/TypeScript.
• Ability to write evaluations and optimize AI-driven workflows.
• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-native tools.
• Obsession with accuracy, reliability, and thriving in customer-facing environments.

• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or real-world data.
• Data science experience.
• Work experience at healthcare AI startups or technical consulting firms.
• Experience deploying AI in regulated or enterprise settings.
