Salary: $142,800 - $231,840 USD (depending on region)

What you will do
- Act as the primary Controllership decision-maker for non-standard and high-value commercial agreements, including rebates and ad credits.
- Partner with Sales, GTM, Legal, and Finance to structure deals that balance commercial flexibility with revenue recognition compliance.
- Own the end-to-end accounting review for revenue transactions, including monthly reconciliations and incentive accruals.
- Enforce compliance with incentive policies, approval matrices, and SOX-relevant controls.
- Collaborate with AR teams to ensure operational viability of deal structures, invoicing logic, and settlement mechanics.
- Proactively improve deal templates and accounting workflows to increase efficiency and audit readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, revenue accounting, or technical accounting.
- Deep, applied knowledge of ASC 606 for assessing revenue recognition in complex contract structures.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and concluding on revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and FP&A.
- Experience supporting SOX controls and responding to internal/external audit requests.
- Must be based in the United States.
