TL;DR

Salary: $165,000–$175,000 + variable compensation

hirify.global is a fast-growing FinTech SaaS platform specializing in account verification to prevent fraud and misdirected payments, backed by Rabo Investments and Carlyle Europe Technology Partners.

What you will do

  • Drive new business through strategic outreach and high-level networking within the US banking sector.
  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from initial contact to closing deals with C-level executives.
  • Evangelize hirify.global AVS and fraud-prevention tooling to the American market.
  • Collaborate with the Head of US and pre-sales engineers to negotiate and finalize contracts.
  • Provide market intelligence to shape the product roadmap based on US-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience selling software solutions to US financial institutions.
  • Proven knowledge of AVS, account validation, fraud prevention, or payment risk solutions.
  • Deep understanding of US payment rails including ACH/Nacha, RTP, and FedNow.
  • Ability to navigate complex bank hierarchies and orchestrate executive alignment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity when building sales processes from scratch.
  • Must be based in the United States (limited states authorization).
