What you will do

  • Generate revenue growth and manage strategic relationships with Credit Union clients in a named account environment.
  • Develop alliances with senior client management through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
  • Negotiate annual pricing contracts and individual agreements.
  • Act as a strategic partner helping clients utilize data and software for lending, risk management, and fraud prevention.
  • Develop sales forecasts, advance the pipeline, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute new business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in financial services selling complex solutions.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of 25+ accounts.
  • Knowledge of risk management challenges and growth demands within the banking or credit union industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be based in the Southern California region.
