What you will do

• Oversee regional sales team performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Collaborate with leadership to recruit and select top sales talent.
• Monitor team activity and performance metrics using the Atlas CRM platform.

Requirements

• Must reside within the Raleigh, NC area.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 2+ years of B2B, SaaS, or POS sales experience.
• Proven experience in training and coaching sales teams.
