TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generate pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, research, and qualification of leads aligned with Ideal Customer Profile strategy. Focus on creating warm introductions via emails, social networks, events, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive opportunities for Global 2000 IT leaders.

Location: Hybrid work model with office in Paris, France (Rue de Caumartin, 9th arrondissement)

What you will do

  • Conduct research and gather insights to create warm introductions to prospects matching Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Perform outbound prospecting via emails, social networks, events, and hirify.global assets.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales team to create qualified opportunities and contribute to marketing campaigns.
  • Articulate hirify.global solution value to technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Suggest initiatives to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French
  • University degree in business or relevant business development experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality with track record of exceeding targets in fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Fast learner, passionate, team player

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise software sales
