What you will do
- Provide Level 2 sales support to partner teams, including resolving complex inquiries and facilitating deal closures.
- Manage the full sales cycle for all partner-referred leads from initial contact to final contract.
- Design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions for partner sales teams.
- Own the dedicated sales support channel in Slack, ensuring timely communication and resource delivery.
- Maintain data accuracy and clean pipelines within Salesforce to support forecasting and GTM reporting.
- Strategically iterate on role frameworks and processes to drive revenue and role automation.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency required (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in channel sales, partnership management, or high-touch sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation and complex negotiation.
- Expertise in using Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to train partner teams effectively and present complex product information.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset in a hirify.global environment.
