TL;DR

Business Development Executive (HRTech): Generating a high-impact pipeline of top-tier French prospects and engaging HR stakeholders to establish a market presence in France with an accent on outbound lead generation and strategic positioning. Focus on building the local sales playbook, executing cold outreach via multiple channels, and adapting the go-to-market approach based on local market feedback.

Location: Hybrid (Paris, France). Must be based in Paris with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office.

What you will do

  • Identify and map a pipeline of top-tier French prospects, engaging key HR stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead outbound activity across cold calling, emailing, and social selling via LinkedIn to qualify new opportunities.
  • Drive the strategic positioning of the platform in France and communicate the value proposition to new clients.
  • Act as a source of market feedback to shape the local sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events and HR forums to increase brand visibility in the French community.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement (minimum 2 days/week in office).
  • Proactive mindset with high energy for outbound activity and target achievement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment and build processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a startup or a "new market" environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
