Location: Hybrid role based in Los Angeles (Universal City, CA) with regular in-office collaboration
Salary: $66,000 - $80,000

What you will do
- Execute and optimize weekly CRM campaigns across email and mobile channels ensuring high-quality delivery
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and requirements
- Manage workflows and timelines using project management tools for on-time execution
- Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve performance and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations
- Maintain quality assurance standards including testing and troubleshooting in CRM platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related fields; entertainment or DTC experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable
- Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey mapping
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and translating data to insights
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Cloud for email editing and QA
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environment using tools like Asana
