Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year + 10% Bonus

What you will do
- Architect and automate the technology and operational infrastructure powering demand generation and account-based marketing.
- Build a go-to-market foundation with AI at its core, reporting directly to the CMO.
- Develop and manage attribution modeling and BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into channel performance.
- Implement an end-to-end ABM motion across target accounts with measurable pipeline attribution.
- Deploy AI-powered processes to reduce manual effort and scale marketing infrastructure without linear headcount growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
- Proven track record of end-to-end ABM program buildout and tracking.
- Strong data skills, including attribution modeling and BI tool fluency.
- Active AI practitioner using LLMs and automation tools in daily workflows.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
Nice to have
- Experience with ABM platforms such as RollWorks, 6sense, or Demandbase.
- Familiarity with intent data providers.
- Experience in senior care, healthcare, or workforce management industries.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for lightweight automation scripts.
