What you will do

• Architect and automate the technology and operational infrastructure powering demand generation and account-based marketing.
• Build a go-to-market foundation with AI at its core, reporting directly to the CMO.
• Develop and manage attribution modeling and BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into channel performance.
• Implement an end-to-end ABM motion across target accounts with measurable pipeline attribution.
• Deploy AI-powered processes to reduce manual effort and scale marketing infrastructure without linear headcount growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ABM program buildout and tracking.
• Strong data skills, including attribution modeling and BI tool fluency.
• Active AI practitioner using LLMs and automation tools in daily workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with ABM platforms such as RollWorks, 6sense, or Demandbase.
• Familiarity with intent data providers.
• Experience in senior care, healthcare, or workforce management industries.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for lightweight automation scripts.
