TL;DR

Account Executive (Momence): Generate new business by running the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for SMB wellness and fitness businesses with an accent on building relationships and conducting tailored product demonstrations. Focus on consultative selling, identifying stakeholders, and achieving nARR quotas through authentic connections and CRM management.

Location: Remote from any location in the United States; must reside in and be authorized to work in the US. No visa sponsorship.

Salary: USD 65,000–70,000 base (OTE $150k with uncapped commission)

What you will do

  • Generate new business through complete sales cycles for SMB clients in wellness and fitness
  • Connect with business owners to understand challenges and conduct product demos via screen share
  • Prospect using strategic outreach and educate prospects on business transformation
  • Identify stakeholders, manage CRM (Hubspot), and build long-term relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years closing experience in software/SaaS sales
  • 1+ years selling to small businesses
  • 2+ years inside sales with live demos and outbound sales
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding quota
  • Consultative selling approach

Nice to have

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience in early-stage startups and fully remote environments
  • Background in fitness/wellness verticals or with small business owners
