Location: Must be based in Fort Worth, TX for an 8-month training period and must be willing to relocate to any territory within the USA upon completion.
Salary: $60,000/year during training, increasing to $72,000+/year after completion, plus annual bonus.

What you will do
- Complete an 8-month developmental program involving job shadows, credit underwriting, and assessments.
- Manage assigned dealer relationships to drive sales of new and used GM vehicles.
- Market programs, systems, incentives, and rewards to dealerships.
- Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools to take strategic actions.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal functional areas such as Credit, Funding, and Commercial Lending.
- Identify and mitigate dealer risks, including fraud and agreement violations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or extensive relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of successful sales or credit underwriting experience preferred.
- Current valid state-issued driver’s license (required for company vehicle).
- Leadership experience in workplace, community, or classroom.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to relocate to any location in the USA after training.
