Salary: $91,869.00 - $170,615.00

What you will do
- Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Grow and protect account share by strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers.
- Serve as a trusted partner to fleets, providing comprehensive end-to-end account management and support.
- Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet requirements.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to profitably expand national and local accounts while reducing churn.
- Lead solutions-based, consultative selling using data-driven insights across OE, new tire, and retread offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience.
- Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and driving long-term account growth.
- Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions-based and consultative selling.
- Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States.
