Senior Plant Maintenance Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $48–$51 per hour plus bonus

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facility systems using electrical and mechanical tools and instruments.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance system to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory codes, ISO documentation, and facility safety requirements.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and records while managing projects, timelines, safety, and resources.
• Train maintenance personnel, coordinate with production teams, manage vendors, and support continuous operations.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals and perform electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter.
• Experience training and mentoring junior team members in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely push, pull, and carry objects.
• Must participate in a drug and alcohol program and pass a background check; the position is safety-sensitive.

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certifications in a related field.
• Formal leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.
