VIP Lead (Motorsport): Serve as the primary architect of the end-to-end journey for influential stakeholders at hirify.global with an accent on personalized guest experiences, CRM management, and seamless logistics. Focus on on-site execution during global race events, high-pressure troubleshooting, and upholding brand prestige through meticulous planning and protocol.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Hammersmith London office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end VIP guest lifecycle from initial planning to post-race feedback, building detailed CRM profiles with personal preferences and history.
• Coordinate ticketing, accreditation, itineraries, executive gifting, and purchase orders in synergy with CEO office and department leads.
• Lead on-site operations at international races: manage arrivals, meet-and-greets, briefings, ad-hoc requests, and troubleshooting with discretion.
• Ensure compliance, security, and best-in-class service aligning administrative details with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles in sports, entertainment, or luxury hospitality with C-suite, dignitaries, or VIPs.
• Exceptional organizational skills for confidential data, CRM tools, IT systems, financial docs (POs/invoices), and complex logistics.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, tight deadlines, unsociable hours; strong team player with integrity and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally and cultural awareness for diverse audiences.
