What you will do

• Lead project and program delivery across multiple small/medium projects and complex large-scale programs.
• Streamline processes, manage governance, and develop program-level plans guiding individual projects.
• Build communication plans, SharePoint sites, and ensure adherence to change, issue, risk, and quality processes.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and expenses; provide senior updates and early warnings.
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities and support global standards improvements.
• Work flexibly across time zones and facilitate joint planning with customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification.
• 10–15 years of project/program management experience in matrix organizations with distributed teams.
• Expertise in project principles, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and C-level communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced MS Project; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of delivery methods, reporting, and quality assurance.
