Location: Fully remote, but must be based in the United States and work on East Coast hours
Salary: $128,000 base + 15% bonus

What you will do
- Design and scale end-to-end U.S. disaster response capabilities and operational processes.
- Lead a team of Senior and Program Managers, overseeing hiring, performance, and talent development.
- Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, managing the deal cycle from scoping to closing.
- Evaluate and implement scalable technologies, such as AI-supported targeting and satellite damage assessments.
- Manage partnerships with third-party platforms and government agencies to target low-income populations.
- Conduct operational diligence and risk assessments for individual disaster responses.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale program delivery in complex funding environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Unable to sponsor employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K.
- Strong technical skills and product sense for evaluating and stress-testing tech platforms.
- Experience in humanitarian or emergency response (strongly preferred).
- Proven background in fundraising and high-level relationship management.
Nice to have
- Personal or professional experience with low-income and historically marginalized communities.
- Fluency in Spanish.
