What you will do

• Own and execute event logistics, including swag shipments, SFDC campaign creation, and raffle setup.
• Build, QA, and schedule marketing emails using Marketo and Splash with precise audience segmentation.
• Create event assets and graphics using templates in Figma, Splash, and social media tools.
• Manage SFDC campaign updates, maintaining naming conventions and executing post-event lead uploads.
• Coordinate with Social Media and Webflow teams to publish event-related content and landing pages.
• Support Partner Marketing and Strategic Events teams with operational and logistical needs via Asana.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
• Ability to create and resize graphics for LinkedIn using Figma or similar tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
