Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen via direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining existing key relationships.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the Central PA geography.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing business.
• Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of calling upon providers within the specified Central PA territory.
• Strong presentation, listening, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and medical ethics regarding patient information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for territory prioritization.
