What you will do

• Generate leads and close sales through relationship development with pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing major accounts to secure additional business and referrals.
• Obtain master service agreements with prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing and sales plans.
• Generate proposals for existing clients and prospects, ensuring all needs are met.
• Collaborate with management to explore new trends and programs to improve business and increase sales.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Science (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).
• Over 5 years of business development experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven experience working with pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and CDMOs.
• Strong technical and industry knowledge with a client-focused mentality.
• Ability to travel up to 40% regionally within California for meetings and training.
