What you will do

• Consult with healthcare partners to identify patient management solutions using Masimo products to deliver optimal care at lower costs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies for strategic customer initiatives in large hospitals.
• Design workflow solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption in clinical settings.
• Identify and uncover opportunities to expand the adoption of Masimo solutions within assigned territories.
• Manage on-site implementations, evaluations, and special projects as a Lead Clinical Specialist.
• Provide advanced product support and troubleshooting for clinicians and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
• Ability to travel extensively (50% or more overnight travel required).
• Valid Driver’s license with a driving record meeting insurance requirements.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and independent problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in critical care or related clinical environments.
• Proven leadership experience and a track record as a trusted client advisor.
