Location: Hybrid in Greenwich, Connecticut, United States (Office Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday)

Salary: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support senior recruiters in filling roles across various departments by reviewing and sourcing resumes.
• Screen and qualify candidates to provide high-quality recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines through creative postings and sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate progression and data accuracy within the Greenhouse ATS.
• Contribute to HR initiatives focused on diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
• Stay updated on industry recruiting trends to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to effectively assess resumes and conduct screening calls.
• Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must be able to work from the Greenwich, CT office Monday through Thursday.
