What you will do
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and class-based hiring initiatives.
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for insurance, customer service, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop data-driven recruiting strategies.
- Conduct local market analysis and compensation benchmarking to influence hiring decisions.
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage workflows and provide regular hiring metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within insurance, financial services, banking, or call center environments.
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar.
- Strong sourcing and pipeline development capabilities.
- Must be based in the US (San Antonio, TX strongly preferred).

- Experience supporting class-based or contact center hiring initiatives.
- Background recruiting for customer service, operations, or corporate support functions.
- Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence.
