What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and class-based hiring initiatives.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for insurance, customer service, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop data-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct local market analysis and compensation benchmarking to influence hiring decisions.
  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage workflows and provide regular hiring metrics to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within insurance, financial services, banking, or call center environments.
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline development capabilities.
  • Must be based in the US (San Antonio, TX strongly preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting class-based or contact center hiring initiatives.
  • Background recruiting for customer service, operations, or corporate support functions.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence.
  • Exposure to workforce planning and process optimization.
