What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across G&A, GTM, and Technical functions from intake to close.
• Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines through referrals, passive outreach, and non-traditional channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on strategies and provide market intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent support.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and track key performance metrics using SmartRecruiters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience working within high-growth environments.
• Strong data orientation for prioritization, reporting, and process improvement.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring teams and executives.
• Ability to operate autonomously and create clarity in ambiguous, evolving situations.
• Must be based in Boston, US for hybrid work.
