Location: Onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey (required 4 days per week)

Salary: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing while ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and other professional channels.
• Develop and implement dynamic sourcing strategies and data-driven recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish selection criteria and structured end-to-end interview processes.
• Act as a company ambassador to promote organization culture to all candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and implementing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Lee, NJ for onsite work 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or Banking industries.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
