What you will do

• Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects to translate business challenges into AI-powered technical solutions.
• Architect and design secure, scalable generative AI solutions leveraging the platform, APIs, and custom applications.
• Lead the development of proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations to showcase transformative value.
• Serve as a technical advisor to C-suite executives and AI leaders to guide their generative AI strategy.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer engagement feedback.
• Champion the adoption of platform APIs and educate prospects on the capabilities of generative AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering) in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in generative AI principles, LLMs, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in Python and API orchestration to integrate AI capabilities into complex systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and architect innovative solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City hub.
