What you will do
- Drive strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects to translate business challenges into impactful AI-powered solutions.
- Architect secure and scalable generative AI solutions leveraging platform APIs and custom applications.
- Lead the development and execution of compelling proofs of concept (PoCs) and custom demonstrations.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives and AI leaders to define enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Champion platform adoption by educating partners and prospects on the capabilities of generative AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Sales Engineering) within B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Python and API orchestration to integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems.
- Exceptional communication skills for simplifying technical concepts for executive leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions and solve complex technical challenges.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for this hybrid role.
