Salary: $151,800 - $220,050

What you will do

• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate growth priorities and operational challenges into enterprise architecture direction and capability roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain architecture views across business capabilities, applications, platforms, data flows, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify the technology landscape, reduce duplication, and modernize legacy capabilities.
• Influence investment decisions by articulating architecture trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and target-state alignment.
• Create reference architectures, principles, and decision frameworks to ensure consistent and scalable solution delivery.
• Guide modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, application rationalization, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, enterprise architecture, or technology strategy.
• 7+ years of experience creating architecture strategies and roadmaps across multiple domains (business, application, data, security, cloud).
• Strong understanding of microservices, API-first design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives to connect strategic business outcomes to practical technology roadmaps.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT/OPT and other sponsorships are not available).

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, retirement services, wealth management, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with retirement plan concepts, plan sponsor/participant experiences, and regulatory obligations.
• Experience working with vendor platforms, third-party service providers, or strategic technology partners.
• Experience building or maturing Architecture Communities of Practice.
