What you will do

• Own functional architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Experience Cloud.
• Serve as functional lead for Revenue, Finance, and Enterprise Applications, owning CRM and Revenue Cloud roadmap and prioritization.
• Oversee system integrators and managed service providers, mentoring admins and business analysts.
• Own Flow-first automation strategy, establishing and enforcing automation patterns, naming conventions, and guardrails to prevent logic duplication.
• Own core data models across Sales, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Contracts, ensuring scalability and reporting integrity.
• Review and approve designs for complex initiatives, acting as escalation point for architectural trade-offs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with progression into architecture-level ownership.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models and automation design.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Experience working with sales, revenue, finance, and product management stakeholders, preferably in a subscription (SaaS) environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Flow in high-complexity environments and proven experience designing scalable, layered automation architectures.
• Strong data modeling skills with an understanding of long-term reporting and integration implications, and experience establishing governance standards.
