What you will do

• Own functional architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
• Lead global CRM transformation initiatives and own the Revenue Cloud roadmap and prioritization.
• Develop and enforce a Flow-first automation strategy to prevent logic duplication and "Flow sprawl".
• Design and maintain core data models to ensure scalability, reporting integrity, and clean integrations.
• Review and approve designs for complex initiatives, acting as the escalation point for architectural trade-offs.
• Mentor admins and business analysts while overseeing system integrators and managed service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with progression into architecture-level ownership.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and automation design.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in complex Flow (record-triggered, scheduled, subflows, orchestration).
• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce and/or Einstein AI tooling.
• Experience working within a subscription (SaaS) environment.
