Regional Sales Manager, Southern California

Regional Sales Manager, Southern California (Video Surveillance): Promote and educate integrators, distributors, and end-users on IP video and Axis camera solutions within the designated territory with an accent on building customer relationships and driving sales. Focus on conducting site visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and participating in trade shows and seminars.

Location: Remote from Southern California (must live in the Southern California market). Expected travel 50-70%.

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 OTE (dependent on education, experience, and location)

What you will do

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP video and Axis cameras.
• Maintain relationships with prospects and customers.
• Arrange and execute site visits, product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Axis Application Development Partners.
• Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, Axis Academies, webinars, and other sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training
• 5+ years in sales-driven position
• Strong technical background
• Fluency in Microsoft Office
• Strong selling skills and ability to tailor presentations to customer needs
• Public speaking, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently
