Salary: $157,000 - $213,000 Annual

What you will do
- Recruit, manage, and coach sales professionals to achieve business goals and foster a culture of success.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional clients and technology partners.
- Develop large sales pipelines (4x targets) and deliver accurate sales forecasts weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Execute client engagement strategies aligned with company mission, values, and sales processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with services, operations, HR, and leadership to optimize revenue and satisfaction.
- Leverage best sales practices with peer Regional Directors across North America.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years managing security technology/services sales teams with multi-million-dollar quota attainment.
- Proven experience developing sales professionals and handling performance management.
- Strong business acumen linking goals to cybersecurity risks for complex solutions.
- Executive presence for building networks with clients, partners, and executives.
- Ability to build territory/strategic account plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication skills; experience in IT infrastructure, risk/compliance markets.
