What you will do

• Lead the administration of complex global sales compensation plans, including incentive calculations, bonuses, and accelerators.
• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the Salesforce SPIFF compensation platform, handling configuration and system testing.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of complex incentive compensation inquiries and disputes for global stakeholders.
• Conduct sales performance analysis to forecast payouts and provide insights for executive sales and finance leadership.
• Proactively design and implement opportunities to automate and streamline sales compensation processes.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Accounting, and HR to ensure data integrity and compliance across all activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SPIFF or other ICM platforms like Xactly, Varicent, or CaptivateIQ.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP systems.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
