What you will do
- Administer sales compensation plans and manage end-to-end payout processes.
- Calculate and validate commissions and incentive payments.
- Maintain compensation models and payout logic as the GTM structure evolves.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation workflows and data models.
- Leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual cycle time.
- Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in compensation, finance, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
- Experience working with financial or compensation-specific data.
- Must be based in or able to work from Eagan, MN or Seattle, WA.
