Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Eagan, Minnesota or Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer sales compensation plans and monthly commission payout processes.
• Calculate, validate, and report commissions and incentive payments.
• Maintain compensation models, payout logic, workflows, and data models.
• Support compensation plan updates as the go-to-market structure evolves across legacy businesses.
• Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies.
• Identify automation opportunities and use technology, including AI, to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in compensation, finance, or operations.
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills.
• Experience working with compensation or financial data.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Eagan, Minnesota or Seattle, Washington.
