What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Own end-to-end comp review cycles, validating data and calculating payouts.
• Coordinate with external comp consultants to keep systems and data in sync.
• Handle inbound questions on pay, attainment, and plan mechanics from the team.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables for external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years in finance, operations, accounting, or analytical role
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex models and messy data
• Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in SaaS/high-growth
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment for sensitive data
• Interest in product and customer problems
