• Own and scale Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Hotel Ads.
• Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on business outcomes such as ROAS, CAC, margin, and LTV.
• Improve and scale account structures across multiple international markets.
• Implement automation and system improvements using code and APIs.
• Transition performance setups toward AI-driven and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics and growth teams to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Senior experience in Google Ads with a history of direct account ownership.
• Proven experience managing budgets of hundreds of thousands of Euros monthly.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing within e-commerce or marketplace domains.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation workflows, or AI-driven marketing systems.
